Stephen Johnson focuses on Professional Liability, Insurance Defense and Business and Construction Litigation.

Previously, Stephen was in private practice representing clients in corporate formation and governance, residential and commercial real estate, and zoning, land use and development. Stephen also served as outside General Counsel for a medical equipment supply and monitoring company. Prior to that he was the head of the Loss Prevention Department for PUMA North America, covering the United States and Canada.
