Shane is an experienced litigator, primarily representing design professionals including architects and engineers, and contractors in a variety of complex construction claims and disputes involving publicly and privately funded construction projects.  

Shane represents clients before state and federal courts, arbitration tribunals, and mediation proceedings.He also has experience defending individual medical healthcare professionals and medical facilities concerning claims of alleged medical malpractice involving physicians, nurses, and dentists for alleged breaches of the standard of care, wrongful death, misdiagnosis, delayed diagnosis, and errors during surgery. Shane’s experience further includes the areas of premise and general tort liability litigation and litigation involving suretyship claims.
