Overview

Tiffany is a trial attorney with MG+M’s environmental, civil and commercial litigation teams. She represents Fortune 500 companies, public entities, small companies and individuals in complex litigation. Tiffany has tried to verdict numerous high stakes cases with outstanding results for her clients, including as first- and second-chair trial counsel in a number of lawsuits. 

Tiffany has experience representing clients involving alleged soil, groundwater and air contamination across the state of California. She has also successfully represented multiple public entities, including cities and water districts.

In addition, Tiffany is an active member of her community. She serves as the mayor of the city of Aliso Viejo and is on the executive committee for the Costal Greenbelt Authority. She serves on the South Orange County Watershed Management Area, previously serving as vice chair for the committee. Tiffany is also a youth soccer coach and referee.

Tiffany is fluent in Italian.

Experience

  • Secured a unanimous jury verdict following a three-week trial in which the claimants alleged housing discrimination against Tiffany’s client, a homeowner’s association. 

  • Secured a non-suit following a six-week complex trial involving allegations related to the sale of over $1 million in annuities, and included 14 causes of action, including unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and recission. 

  • Obtained defense wins on behalf of clients in a $200 million dollar lawsuit involving statutory claims for damages under the Carpenter-Presley-Tanner Hazardous Substances Account Act (HSAA; Health & Saf. Code, § 25300 et seq.) and the Orange County Water District Act (OCWD Act; West's Ann. Wat. Code App. (2016 ed.) ch. 40) and for declaratory relief (Code Civ. Proc., § 1060 ).
