Overview

Tim is a seasoned litigator who focuses his practice on employment litigation and asbestos litigation. 

Prior to joining MG+M, Tim practiced commercial litigation for two law firms. He managed a full docket of cases in all five boroughs in the New York Supreme Court. Tim handled all stages of litigation from pleadings throughout trial and post-trial motions. Tim is passionate about appellate litigation, and at a prior firm, he was the lead appellate litigator for his senior partner, having briefed and argued approximately a dozen appeals in the Appellate Division and Appellate Term. Between his years as a litigation attorney, Tim worked in-house for companies in the entertainment and cannabis industries.

Tim graduated law school with honors and was actively involved in honor societies. He was a Senior Staff Editor on the Widener Law Journal, earning the award for Best Student Article while having his law review comment published. Tim also served as President of the Widener Law Moot Court Honor Society. After law school, Tim clerked for over two years for Justice J. Michael Eakin of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, writing many opinions on novel and complex legal issues in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
