Yue has managed numerous matters focusing on construction law, real estate, investor protection and financial services. He has achieved favorable results for clients in commercial disputes and served as lead counsel in numerous Superior Court matters.
Yue has extensive trial experience from his time as a staff trial attorney for the Public Defender Offices in both Massachusetts and Connecticut. In the seven years he served in those roles, Yue negotiated outcomes to benefit clients and mitigate risk and was the sole or lead counsel on hundreds of litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels.
