MG+M is seeking exceptional law students to join our growing firm. The firm’s clerk program provides law students with the unique opportunity to work with MG+M attorneys over a wide variety of matters across all of MG+M’s offices and practices, including commercial, products liability, toxic tort and intellectual property litigation. MG+M clerks will work closely with attorneys assisting on a variety of case matters including researching complex legal issues, drafting legal memorandum and assisting with various discovery matters. Clerks will also have observational opportunities. This unique program allows law students valuable experience working with MG+M’s seasoned litigators to build practical experience.
Additionally, some clerks will have the opportunity to participate in a simulated case project that allows them to take depositions, conduct discovery, and draft and argue a summary judgment motion in a mock courtroom. This part of the clerk program gives law students the opportunity to litigate and manage a case on their own, while also receiving valuable feedback and guidance from MG+M’s attorneys. MG+M also pairs law students with attorney mentors to provide real time feedback over the course of a student’s time with the Firm.
MG+M participates year-round in the OCI process at several law schools throughout the country. We encourage law students to apply via the school portals for employment opportunities at MG+M.
If MG+M is not participating in the OCI program at your school or the OCI period has passed, please send your application materials (cover letter, resume, writing sample) directly to HR@mgmlaw.com.
