MG+M The Law Firm (MG+M) Partner Candice Kusmer has been named a member of the 2022 class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) fellows. Launched in 2011, the LCLD Fellows Program is designed for mid-career attorneys at LCLD member organizations who have demonstrated leadership skills and community engagement, are invested in attorney mentoring and professional development, and are actively committed to diversity and inclusion. The program provides fellows with leadership training, relationship-building opportunities and access to LCLD members, including managing partners and general counsel.
MG+M Associates Nandini Pillai and Lauren Pagan have been selected for LCLD’s seven-month Pathfinders Program, focused on building foundational leadership skills, professional networking experience and career development strategies for emerging leaders early in their careers.
“We are proud that Candice, Nandini and Lauren have been selected for these very important roles at LCLD,” says MG+M Managing Partner, Chief Diversity Officer and former LCLD Fellow Amaryah Bocchino. “MG+M has a very strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and our partnership with and support of LCLD is one example of us practicing what we preach. We look forward to seeing everything that these three fantastic attorneys accomplish in these roles.”
LCLD is composed of 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who have pledged to build a more equitable and diverse legal profession in the United States. As part of our commitment to fostering a culture that honors, celebrates and promotes diversity, MG+M has been an active LCLD member for many years, participating in the Fellows Program since 2017 and the Pathfinders Program for the past two years.
