MG+M The Law Firm Partners Jeanette Riggins and Carrie Lin have been included on Lawyers of Color’s inaugural Wonderful Women list, which recognizes dynamic women attorneys working in law firms, companies and government agencies across the United States who show promise in their careers and demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing diversity in the legal profession.

The honorees will be recognized at two receptions in July in Washington DC and Atlanta, where remarks will be given by The Honorable Eleanor L. Ross, US district judge of the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Lawyers of Color is a nonprofit organization devoted to promoting diversity in the legal profession and advancing democracy and equality in marginalized communities.

Jeanette is an experienced trial attorney focusing on liability matters, asbestos litigation and toxic torts, and construction litigation. The National Black Lawyers association lists her as a Top 100 lawyer. Jeanette was a featured speaking on a diversity panel during a DRI asbestos seminar and recently coordinated our hosting of summer scholars in partnership with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.

Carrie Lin defends clients facing complex litigation, including related to asbestos and product liability. She has been a part of MG+M’s DEIB committee and served as co-chair of development and recruitment. Recently, Carrie worked with our DEIB director to organize the firm's celebration of Asian American Heritage month. Additionally, she is a part of the firm’s women’s forum and pro bono committee, as well as a member of the Asian American Bar Association.
