MG+M The Law Firm Partner Lindsay Weiss will speak at Perrin Conferences’ Silica Litigation Summit. The event brings together industry leaders and experienced trial attorneys to discuss key trends and developments in silica litigation.
Lindsay will co-lead the “Perspectives from the Trial Attorneys" presentation at 3 p.m. The session will cover trial strategies, jury selection strategies, theories of liability and lessons learned from Reyes Gonzalez.
