Rebecca Kibbe is a trial attorney with experience in both federal and state courts throughout the country. Her practice primarily focuses on products liability, general liability, toxic tort litigation and related appellate matters. She currently serves on the national trial team for multiple clients. In addition to serving as trial counsel, Rebecca serves in a national coordinating counsel role with a focus on expert witness and corporate representative development.
Rebecca has defended an array of clients including product manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, employers, premise defendants, executive officers and insurance companies. In context of products liability and toxic torts, Rebecca has represented a diverse group of clients including manufacturers and/or suppliers of friction products, gaskets, packing, pumps, valves, boilers, asbestos-containing pipe, electrical equipment and components, talcum powder, fitness equipment and medical devices.
Rebecca has also represented clients in claims related to benzene exposures, environmental matters involving remediation, employment matters involving EEOC claims, and general commercial litigation, including breach of contract, fraud, defamation and cyberstalking.
In addition, Rebecca actively contributes and is co-chair of the MG+M Women’s Forum, demonstrating her dedication to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment at MG+M and a commitment to the advancement of women in the legal profession. In this capacity, she is devoted to listening to staff, recruiting diverse talent, and ensuring their meaningful participation in client relationships and successes. Rebecca graduated from Spring Hill College with her B.S. in 2000 where she was a member of the soccer team. She earned her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2003.
