Ryan Browning is a partner in the Delaware office. He focuses his civil litigation practice on toxic tort and products liability litigation, and infectious disease counseling and litigation and COVID-19. As part of this work, Ryan has defended clients against claims for negligence, strict liability, breach of warranty, failure to warn, and various consumer protection violations. He also has extensive experience coordinating several clients’ national discovery efforts. Prior to joining MG+M, Ryan was an associate with one of Delaware’s leading law firms, where he represented large corporate defendants in all stages of complex commercial and corporate litigation.
Ryan graduated from the College of William & Mary School of Law in 2007. While at William & Mary, he served as a member of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal and also participated in numerous Moot Court competitions. Prior to law school, he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and communications (rhetorical studies) from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
Ryan is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Delaware. He is a member of the Delaware Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Originally growing up in Newark, Delaware, Ryan now lives in Wilmington, Delaware, with his wife Danielle, their daughter Ellison, and their two dogs, Buster and Andrew.
